In November 2018 myself and Phil Garvey of the brilliant Saltaire micro-pub the Cap and Collar came together to plot and host an evening of food and beer pairings we decided to name Saltaire Supper.

Since then we have presented four fantastic events serving up tasty small plates to accompany delicious and unusual beers from around the world.
